Eek, version 0.98.3.2 was crashing, hard! I believe this fixes it. Please let me know if you see more hard crashes.
Version 0.98.3.3:

* Fixed hard crash (segment fault!) on Windows client.

* Fixed a few more rare exceptions.

* Fixed a problem causing the previous turn's orders in the game
info panel to display spurious error messages.
