Can you check out outlook9n? I couldn't set Jihad against an alternate player so I checked online. Apparently, I've got three Jihads going simultaneously.

Check out artifacts too. As far as I could tell I couldn't hook them to someone elses ship from a planet I own.

No, that's the way it's supposed to work--you can only do that if the other player is an artifact collector.
