Does the game continue to wait for players that are eliminated? In heroin3d there seem to be two players that have been purged and it seems like they're still waited for before turn advances.

The game server does know when players are eliminated, and doesn't wait for them. In your game, the game is still waiting on other procrastinators who haven't yet been eliminated.
