Empire Builder points rule change

Egad! I've just consulted the official Starweb rules at Flying Buffalo's site, and boy was I surprised.
According to the RSW rules, an Empire Builder earns points according to the following schedule:
While according to the official FB rules at flyingbuffalo.com, it's:
Anyone see a difference there? I have no idea where that idea of an additional 10 points per world owned came from. It's apparently been in my codebase since the beginning of time, and it was based on that code that I wrote the RSW rulesheet.
Well, this certainly explains the preponderance of recent Empire Builder victories. Boy, is my face red.
Well, no longer. This weekend, I will release a server upgrade that denies Empire Builders this extra point income. So any Empire Builders currently in active games now, this might be a good time to try to win the game as quickly as possible before the new rule change hits.
