Hi,
I wonder why there (not always) appear converts on worlds I gift to a missionary.
Anyone here able and willing explaining this to me

When a Missionary owns a world, then all new population growth will be converts. But if the population is already at its maximum limit for the world, then you will have to kill or migrate some of them away to make room for new growth (which will be converts). Or the Missionary can bring a fleet there to make converts like any other world.
