Minor intro bug

Minor intro bug

The introduction to star web page states the following about the Empire Builder:

"""
An Empire Builder is interested in conquering as much of the galaxy as possible. He gains points for owning many worlds and fleets.
"""

The Empire Builder actually does not earn any points for owning fleets. Perhaps that sentence should be changed?
