Sorry for the long delay in which the forums were down. I'd migrated to a new server, and found the php code that hosted the forums wasn't working on the new server. It took me a couple of weeks to finally track it down to an obscure bug in php itself.

Fortunately, once I understood the problem, I was able to apply an easy workaround, and all is once again right with the world.
