Hello,

is firing in generell a combat action that triggers conditional fire or will it trigger conditional fire only if it is done to the target player,
e.g.
fleets of 3 players over a planet.
Player A sets conditional fire. Player B fires on a fleet of player C, is the conditional fire of Player A triggered on Player B?
Another example:
An unowned world, fleets of two players meet there.
Player A sets conditional fire, Player B fires onto the unowned planet or drops robots.
Will these combat action trigger fire although they're not against Player A?

No. Only combat actions specifically against the conditional-firing player will trigger the conditional fire. Combat actions against any other player, or against a neutral world, will not trigger conditional fire.
