A long-awaited release, with a few relatively minor bugfixes.

Version 0.98.8.9:

* Fixed disappearing "Finish Turn" button.

* Improved diagnostic messages for SMTP errors.

* Added "Deliver mail via Outlook" option in the Configure dialog
for Windows users who don't have easy access to an SMTP server.

* Fixed an exception when importing FB-style turnsheets.

* Fixed the occasional wx.EVT_MOUSE_CAPTURE_LOST error messages.
