Does anyone have any idea what the Rhinovirus does? I stumbled on it, then quickly unloaded it on a collector, but ever since it shows up grayed out on my artifacts list. Have I, like, been "infected"? Is having once picked it up going to come back to haunt me later in the game? I'm not loosing points for holding it, but it troubles me that it still shows up on my artifact list.

Greyed out means you've seen an item but don't know where it is now. Same for fleets.
