Is there any way to kill robots on a planet? As far as I can tell, there isn't, but I wanted to double check.

You can fire at them from orbit (fire at population)--two shots kills one robot, just like human population. You can also migrate humans over from a planet next door, but this is inefficient; it takes four humans to kill one robot.
