When creating a game, how does the "Scheduled days" option interact with the "quick turns" option?
In other words, if you're scheduled for M, W, F, and people finish their Monday turns early, what happens? Is the next turn still due Wednesday? What if the Wednesday turn finishes early? etc.
Also, let's say the turns are set to run on Mondays at 9pm, and the game fills to max capacity on Monday at 8pm. What happens? Does everyone have only an hour to complete their first turn?

The rule is that when the turn runs early, the next turn's due date will be the second possible runtime after the current moment. This rule guarantees that each turn will always have at least its standard length of time for all players to discover the turn and enter their orders. It also means that on average, turns will run at least as fast as their originally scheduled times, and possibly faster.
For example, if the scheduled turn times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and everyone gets in all their orders on Monday, then Wednesday's turn runs immediately, and the next turn's due date will be Friday. At first it seems like the turn time has gotten longer--we have to wait till Friday?--but there are still exactly three turns this week, so the turn times are really still the same, so far. But, if everyone is quick, and they all get their orders in again on Tuesday, then the turn runs again, and the next due date is still Friday. Now there will be four turns this week. And this can keep going--you can have five or six turns this week if everyone is on the ball.
One's first intuition, that the rule should be to pick the first weekly scheduled time after the current moment, is wrong. Suppose the last person in the turn enters his orders Tuesday night at 11:45 pm. If the next due date is then Wednesday morning at midnight, the turn will only have 15 minutes. Most of the players won't even get a chance to hear about the turn running before they have missed it.
The same rule applies when a game fills up and begins. The first scheduled due date will be the second next possible runtime.
Note that this confusing rule only applies to games whose turn schedule is for specific days of the week. For games whose turn schedule is a number of days, then it is easier: when the turn runs early, simply add the appropriate number of days to the current time.
