Danger Will Robinson!
I was rearranging my orders and saved them to the server. I then projected my next turn and found fleets weren't moving at all when I had only rearranged transfers. If you look at the current order set you'll see there seems to have been a crossing with someone elses data- worlds and fleets referred to that I know nothing about.

I got another set of foreign orders. These seem to be gotten when I reopen a turn for issuing orders.

Yikes! I've just fixed this problem. My deepest apologies; I hope it didn't interfere with your turns.

You should be able to restore your client to a sane universe by deleting and re-downloading the game.
