This is similar the subject2m which ended too early on T12.
Some tweaks:
Worlds/fleets set to average.
NonSomnos map - so Zencat doesn't get angry with me
.
Turn due date is weekly on Wed midnight to accommodate players with too many Sunday due dates.
End of game is triggered by 25,000 to ensure a longer game.
Asking for 9-12 players.
