The game has sat unmoving for an entire turn and now says "Due in" imminently "Days". What's up?

The server is back up, but this particular game appears to be hung. Says "waiting for 0 players"

I am withdrawing without submiting a turn 1. A no-communication game as an Arms Dealer is an utter absurdity.
