Version 0.98.9:

* Added new "load all" and "leave one" macro-orders to client
order menus.

* Added "(next turn)" show-forecast note for worlds expected to be
seen next turn (e.g. due to a probe), and "expected to see" note
when viewing the forecast turn.

* Unexplored worlds expected to be seen next turn will be drawn
with a solid circle, instead of a dashed circle. When viewing the
forecast turn, worlds expected to be seen will be drawn on the map
in full color.

* Torque is now better behaved when used in conjunction with
snap-to-grid.

* Fixed an exception when opening a recently-completed game.

* Fixed an exception when right-clicking on a fleet with at least
one home fleet also selected.

* Server: email bounce notifications are now tracked internally,
and consistently bouncing email addresses are automatically
disabled.

* Fix exception caused by upgrade to 0.98.9.

* Fix occasional exception on "leave one" order.

Small thing- in slave3m it's supposing that all contacted characters are "Architect" instead of "Unknown".
