barrel3w - a new advanced anonymous game

This game has the 11 advanced characters plus the 2 characters in playtest which I hope will be introduced into Expert RSW when launched. The Wildcard is now called the Progenitor because of their varied abilities they were the ancestor race of all the specialty races.
Things tweaked
1) Ship Hoarder gets 1.3 points/ship - previously a successful SH would really steamroll with points after T20.
2) Architect can survive landing or flying through a Blackhole - should be fun for him to change the connections on a blackhole.
3) I've excluded the chickenwire map since it's been used so often.
4) Scores will be show for each character you can see each turn.
