now I'm getting a 404 error and cannot download the xml version of game mobile3f.

I am having trouble with the client. It will only show me my completed games and not the games in progress...

I don't mind an occasional difficult 3D/4D maps. So far they are running (or have ran) in 1/3 of my games. The 2D maps are much easier to follow but I don't really mind the extra plottiing (I am retired, after all ,and my time is mine to use

I took over his position and was offering to give it back...

I (WE) won and it couldn't have been accomplished without his wonderful playing of the position...

not for those of us on the other side...

was that the one that gave you a one-way connection to a world next to a HW?

worst of all - i was thrown out of thermal9f.
it was at turn 47 when i left, last report of the abandoned game was turn 58 on apr 10th.
i will sleep a night over my next decision.

David, that is a good example of 'FOG OF WAR'

I get the same trouble with the prompt on the client, however, the vote button on the RSW web page is a lot more accurate.

Well since nearly a week has gone by with no-one stepping in to fill the abandoned positions, I say go ahead and tweak the game parameters...

and another week added until turn 2 can be played...



and now I notice this:

"The game cannot continue until all abandoned positions have been claimed."

we may never get a chance to play...

If you want to play in a game and play multiple positions, either start one or enter a game that is already set up that way...

If need be, I will be willing to channel my Scottish heritage and play an 'Old World' position...
