Question about firing on population
If you fire at the population of a world that has some converts, will the regular civilians be shot, or the converts? If you are a missionary and have pronounced judgment on the owner of the planet (but not the owner of the converts) will you lose any points? Is the answer different if you are the m...

Re: Two missionary questions
Ah, I see. That explains the behavior I'm seeing in the game. FWIW, I found the rules misleading on this point: "Whenever a Missionary visits a world, there is a certain chance that he or she will convert some of the population to his or her religion. (Specifically, each ship that the Missionar...

Re: Two missionary questions
Where does conversion happen in the turn cycle? Specifically, if your fleet travels between worlds, does conversion happen at the world where the fleet leaves from, or where it goes to? Thanks.

Two missionary questions
Can a missionary convert followers on a planet owned by an ally?
When a missionary declares judgment, does it take effect immediately, or is there a one turn delay?
Thanks.

Forecast metal
I'm playing my first game of RSW Classic, and I find myself frequently wishing that either the detail window, or the pop-ups, for worlds and fleets would show forecast metal. Am I alone on this?

End game score
I'm having trouble finding this in the rules: What is the standard end game score range for RSW Classic?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Number of planets adjacent to homeworld
Does it determine this by just taking the number of planets within 3 steps of the homeworld, or does it actually consider factors like what fleets you'd pick up on the way and therefore how much you'd be able to explore within 3 turns?

Number of planets adjacent to homeworld
Is there a setting that will guarantee that all homeworlds have the same number of adjacent planets? It seems that a disparity on the first turn really snowballs and makes a significant difference in the size of one's empire.

Moving to unknown planets
I read somewhere that a valid Starweb strategy is to sometimes take a chance on moving a fleet to a random world number, and hope the order goes through. If not, nothing lost.
Does RSW handle this kind of thing gracefully, or a will a dud order ruin your whole move?

Finish Turn
So this past turn, in a private game, I received a message that I hadn't clicked on "Finish Turn" when I'm certain that I did. I heard some similar complaints at various points in the game from other players in the private game that I initiated, so I thought I'd raise the issue here to see...

A Strange Coincidence
This is just so weird, I have to mention it. I'm playing in a game of RSW Core. This turn, I have 33 worlds, 33 fleets, and 333 ships. My score is 6660, which, factoring out the world per turn factor of 20, is essentially a score of, yup, you guessed it, 333.

Hidden Scores
I have a suggestion for a game customization option -- no information about opponents' scores. I think that some players find it frustrating when they know they are too far behind to win, and are more likely to abandon positions. It would be nice to try a game with no opponent scoring information re...
