There's not an explicit interface for canceling a pending game, but if all players withdraw from the game, it will automatically cancel. Or the game will automatically cancel when its expiration date hits (if it is still under-enrolled). I'm happy to manually delete a game if you'd really rather can...

No, there should be no open ports needed. RSW just makes an outgoing connection to the RSW server. It shouldn't be a compatibility issue; the client is compiled for Windows 10 and should run fine on any Windows 10 machine. One possibility is that somehow the client database is corrupt....
