never mind, figured out unowned world. 0 population, should have noticed it right away.

I am in this classic game and am the only person at a world that is currently unowned. Shouldn't I have captured it and the two empty fleets there? Also, have had other players fleets move and then fire in the same turn, I had thought this could not happen. Am I mistaken or is there a bug in the pro...
