RSW

I am playing in string6e game. I have brought 31 metal to my homeworld with 40 industry which has additionaly 5 mines and 5 metal. I wonder why, the RSW game client shows only 15 usable industry and 15 metal even if I drop the whole load to the planet. Is this a client issues. Or am I really not abl...
